More Wedding Bells
I love this picture! Cole looks like he can hardly contain his excitement and Mackenzie looks so proud to be a flower girl again! Notice Cole is walking down the aisle in his socks since he got a blister from his dress shoes! Oh well - whatever works!
This is the other flower girl and Cole the charmer took a liking to her right away!
Grandpa Bern & his favourite flower girl!
Wedding Bells
Mackenzie & Cole were so excited to be a part of Adam & Allana's wedding! Here's Cole all spiffed up ready for the big day!
Cole couldn't get enought of Jeff this weekend! When I asked him what was his favourite part of the weekend he quickly replied "Staying at Jeff's house for night!"
Mackenzie showing off her cool new shades - exactly like Allana's!

Twins???
We recently attended an outdoor wedding at our neighbours' house. When we arrived met a little girl at the guest book who was wearing the same dress as Mackenzie! She quickly told us that her little brother had the same shirt on as Cole! When I met the kids' mom it turns out that she had been in my classroom twice this past year as she is a physio therapist who was working with 2 of my students. We also discovered that our girls are only 2 weeks apart in age and our boys 1 month apart!! Everyone thought the kids were all a part of the wedding party since they were dressed exactly the same!
Baseball
Mackenzie was part of House League this year and played baseball every Monday & Wednesday evening! She learned how to hit off a pitching machine and the general rules about baseball. Yesterday was the big Baseball Jamboree where they actually played a real 5 inning game (very exciting) and everyone recieved there very own medal!! Way to go Mackenzie!
T-Ball
Torch Run
Torch Run
A highlight for Mackenzie every June is the Torch Run in support of Special Olympics! All the kids from Elmwood train for the run during their gym classes and then everyone (including the teachers who have not trained) run down Centre Avenue to the Co-op Food Store. At the finish line everyone gets a freezie and a bottle of water. Way to go Mackenzie!
